Submit only observations you believe accurate and use uncertain/skip choices where appropriate. Report only when safe. Felt reports are voluntary, private to your account in this release, subjective, and never automatically official intensity measurements or rescue requests.

Do not invent source reports or sensor identities, misrepresent simulations as real, harass others, disclose private locations, upload malware or access other organizations. No covert employee or child monitoring. Source attribution remains required. Good-faith criticism, privacy requests and security disclosure are permitted.

PBS may proportionately restrict submissions for quality, privacy, safety or abuse. Send an issue or request for review with the relevant identifier to info@pragmaticsolutions.app, without unnecessary sensitive information. No promise of immediate moderation or emergency response is made.
